 My stated intention is not only to convince you of the advanteges of body building but to make you a fanatic.


 
What does body building give you?
Contrary to other sports it makes all your muscles work. Increases muscle strength and mass. Stimulates metabolic functions. Helps to prevent osteoporosis. Provides an excellent way to rehabilitate articular and muscle injuries.

Did you know?
A 67-year-old man working out for at least 10 years is stronger than an average 28-year-old young man (based on Boston and Danish research data). Why? After the age of 25 we can calculate with an annual ¼ kgs loss of muscle weight but it can be prevented by workout. You can even eat more from your favourite snacks without having to be afraid of putting on weight. Is it then not the most amazing sport?
 
To sum it up:
My opinion is that workout based on increasing resistance is the only sport which can halt and reverse physical weakness in this rushing world in a relatively short time.
